    Better than expected! I had some reservations about this mount, but the reviews seemed fairly positive, and the suction cup windshield mounts my wife and I were using with our Garmin Nüvi 755T’s kept falling off our windshields. I figured these had to be better than that, so I ordered two. My wife likes it better because it sits lower, enabling her to see over it better. The lower placement seems to help keep the power cable in place better, too. The biggest concern I had was whether it would really stay put…

    Better than the bean bag mount I own and have used the window mount, the bean bag dash mount and this flat flexible friction mount. Of the three the friction mount is the best. It is much more compact than the bean bag and is also “stickier” than the bean bag when set on my dash. (I never had a problem with the bean bag moving but the friction mount is way more stable).
