    Created for truckers by someone who doesn’t have a clue I bought this unit to replace an old Rand McNally unit. Even paid extra to get it before I left on my next trip! One round from North Alabama to OKC and I was setting up to return this thing before I got back. I new it was going to suck when I drove out of my driveway and turned onto the county highway and it told me no trucks allowed. The mapping got worse and trying to find fuel stops and parking just became too tedious. It’ll tell you when to make turns just almost when it’s too late to…

    I do like that feature Garmin express and updating software took a few reboots on my PC to get it to finish the software update.Also when using the camera, the GPS rebooted 6-7 times while in Route. It did not go into screen saving mode. some of the directions were off. missing the guidance of being told to be in this lane on some of the main roads out here in washington state were not apparent.Camera, well you have to mount it high enough to get a decent view.I do wish they had 90 degree flexible…

    Without camera I just received the unit a couple of days ago and have been trying to familiarize myself with it for a couple of days now. It was purchased to replace my current truck GPS, which uses really poor routing algorithms. I first read the manual, updated the system, then the maps, so I’m just trying to learn things now so I know it well out on the road.
